Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, scent preferences, or skin sensitivities.

However, your satisfaction is important to us:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Resolution: We will offer a replacement or store credit if your claim is approved.
